Set of Wooden Tension Square Gauges

We are delighted to introduce these very useful Wooden Tension Square Gauges to our accessories range.
Available as a set comprising a 2in and 4in gauge, they are used for measuring the tension/gauge of swatches of knitting. Simply place the gauge on top of your knitted sample and count how many stitches fit inside the cut out square (along the bottom for stitch gauge and up the side for row gauge). Measurements are in inches and centimetres.
The gauges are made from FSC approved poplar ply which is cut, engraved, stained and then finished with wax.
Sizes approx. 4in Gauge 6in x 6in (15cm x 15cm), 2in Gauge 3in x 3in (7.5cm x 7.5cm)
