The Knitting Gift Shop shall not be liable for any loss suffered or incurred by you as a result of the failure or inability to perform or delay in performing under this agreement by reason of an act of God, fire, flood, strike, lock-out or other industrial dispute, explosion, sabotage, war, riot, civil commotion, postal delay, communication failure, law, order or regulation or any other unexpected or exceptional cause or circumstance beyond our control.
The invalidity or unenforceability for any reason of any part of this agreement will not prejudice or affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
Nothing in this agreement shall affect your statutory rights.
